We can deliver your order to almost anywhere in the world, if you have any questions or concerns regarding delivery please email: info@bodyedge.co.uk Due to the variation in the weight of some orders we quote all overseas deliveries individually. This allows us to find you the most cost effective delivery rate for your individual order. Please advise us of your requirements/order/postal address and email address by clicking here. We will then search for the best delivery rates and advice you of the cost. Upon your approval and payment your order will be processed and despatched. While we do our utmost to make sure products are packaged and labelled correctly, unfortunately we are not able to accept any responsibility for products that go missing or that arrive in a damaged state.
Next day delivery in the UK is free of charge for all orders over £25.00. Delivery charges to destinations outside of the UK will be calculated individually including all packaging, and delivery.
We do not charge credit cards until the goods are available for despatch.
We make every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should report this to the carrier immediately and contact our Customer Services within 48 hours of receipt and return (via Royal Mail recorded delivery) the damaged package and contents within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent.
If your purchase from Bodyedge is found to be faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory, please return it to us per the instructions above for a full refund (Refunds are at the discretion of the management). Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order.

Overseas orders and Internet orders will be charged in Sterling. The exchange rate for your own currency will automatically be set by your credit card company. All taxes and duties remain the responsibility of the customer. UK VAT is included within the prices shown for each product.
